Your customers ask AI for recommendations. Can AI tell why it should mention you?
People describe their problem to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity or Copilot and ask for a solution. ClearSiteScore finds the website issues that make your business harder for these systems to access, understand and evaluate — and shows you exactly what to fix.
Fixing the findings cannot guarantee that any AI assistant will recommend you. It can make your business easier for them to access, understand and evaluate.
People no longer ask only Google
Instead of typing keywords, more and more buyers describe the problem itself and ask an assistant to recommend a product, service or provider. These are the kinds of prompts your future customers write:
If a system cannot clearly work out what you offer, who you help, where you operate and why you look trustworthy, your business is less likely to be considered for that answer. We do not claim a measured share of buyers using AI — we simply examine whether your website is readable and evaluable for them.
A good business can still be hard to understand
Most AI-visibility problems are not a secret ranking trick. They are ordinary website issues that also hurt Google and human visitors.
Unclear business purpose
The site lists services or products but never states plainly which problem they solve and for whom.
Incomplete structured data
Company, service, product, price, availability or contact data is missing or inconsistent in machine-readable markup.
Thin service and product pages
Short, duplicated or generic copy gives almost no context about expertise, use cases or customer needs.
Missing trust information
Company identity, contact details, policies and credentials are hard to find or absent from the public site.
Technical access issues
Indexing, crawler rules, canonical tags, internal links or rendering hide important information.
Poor question coverage
The site never answers the practical questions buyers actually type into search engines and assistants.
Inconsistent business data
Company name, location, service area or positioning differs across important pages.
Performance and usability problems
Slow or unstable pages weaken the whole journey, even when a visitor does arrive from an AI answer.
These are not confirmed ranking factors of any AI platform. They are technical, content and trust signals that measurably help or hinder access and interpretation.
Can AI access, understand and evaluate your website?
Access
Can crawlers and search systems reach, render and navigate your important public pages without conflicting signals?
indexability · robots.txt bot rules · canonical tags · internal links · rendering
Understand
Is it clear what the business does, which problems it solves, who it serves and what each page is about?
titles and descriptions · service clarity · structured data · entity consistency · Q&A content
Evaluate
Does the public site provide enough consistent company, policy, expertise and product information for a confident evaluation?
company identity · contact data · policies · product details · security signals
Up to six audit modules. One prioritised plan.
The PRO report looks beyond AI visibility, because technical SEO, speed, trust and conversion all decide whether your site can be found, understood and used. The product-page module only runs for online stores, so a service site gets five modules and a store gets all six.
GEO / AI readiness
Which AI crawlers your robots.txt actually allows — the search/discovery group (OAI-SearchBot, PerplexityBot, Claude-SearchBot, Googlebot) reported separately from user-initiated fetches (ChatGPT-User, Perplexity-User) and from the training group (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, Google-Extended) — plus llms.txt, content clarity and business context.
Technical SEO and content
Titles, descriptions, headings, canonical tags, indexability, sitemap, internal linking, alt texts, structured data and keyword coverage.
Security
HTTPS, HSTS, Content-Security-Policy, clickjacking protection, cookie flags and publicly exposed files.
Performance and Core Web Vitals
LCP, INP, CLS, FCP and TTFB on mobile and desktop from Google data, plus payload, caching and compression.
Conversion and UX
Trust signals, contact and pricing clarity, calls to action, mobile usability and form friction — what happens after an AI answer sends a visitor.
Product pages (stores)
Up to 10 product pages in PRO: product structured data, price and availability, title and description uniqueness, images and alt texts, canonical tags and internal links.
This is what a finding looks like
Every issue in the report follows the same structure: what we measured, why it matters, and the concrete fix — with code where code is needed. Each claim also ships with its evidence: the decisive robots.txt line, the HTTP response returned to that bot's User-Agent, or the JSON-LD type we found.
robots.txt blocks AI search crawlers
A global Disallow also applies to the search/discovery group (OAI-SearchBot, PerplexityBot, Claude-SearchBot, Googlebot), so your pages cannot be used as a source in AI answers.
Add explicit Allow rules for the search/discovery crawlers (blocking the training group — GPTBot, ClaudeBot, Google-Extended — stays a separate, legitimate business decision).
Organization / Product structured data is missing or invalid
Without machine-readable company, price and availability data, systems have to guess your key facts from prose.
Insert the JSON-LD block the report generates for your page, with the required fields filled in.
Service pages do not answer buyer questions
Generic copy gives no extractable answer, so there is nothing for an assistant to quote when someone describes your exact problem.
Add a short question-and-answer block per service page using the questions listed in the report.
The site does not answer real buyer questions
AI assistants answer questions, and they cite pages that answer those questions concretely and quotably. The report identifies 8–10 real buyer questions and shows which ones your copy answers (with a quote), which are partial, and which are missing entirely.
For each unanswered question we say which page or section should carry the answer, and whether FAQPage markup is worth adding. This guarantees no citation, but it materially improves the chance that an AI understands and references your site.
What your €29 report contains
See the structure before you buy. Every finding carries its raw measurement evidence, and you get a dedicated chapter on buyer questions. The mock-up below is an illustration, not a customer report — we never publish client data.
- Executive summary — the most important findings and the recommended order of work.
- Category scores — the measured evidence behind every number.
- GEO / AI section — which crawler rules and content signals were found on your site.
- Detailed findings — what was detected, why it matters, where it appears.
- Action plan — tasks ordered by urgency, expected impact and effort.
Illustrative preview
Weekly measurement: do AI assistants recommend you?
On PRO Monitor and Agency we measure your monitored sites weekly across 5 assistants — ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Claude — on 10 real buying questions (up to 5 of them your own).
- 0–100 visibility score: whether your site appears at all, and whether it gets recommended.
- Question-by-assistant matrix: exactly where you are invisible.
- Trend across runs: whether your fixes actually improved the picture.
- Who gets recommended instead: mentions of up to 3 tracked competitors.
Assistant answers are sampled and shift over time, so this is a measurement, not a guaranteed ranking. The AI visibility score does not affect your audit score.

No audit can guarantee an AI recommendation
AI answers depend on the exact question, the model, external sources, third-party mentions, freshness and much more — none of which any tool controls. ClearSiteScore focuses on the part you own and can improve: the website itself.
- Identifies technical access and interpretation problems
- Finds missing or unclear business and product information
- Highlights structured-data and content weaknesses
- Prioritises practical website improvements
- Makes the site easier for both machines and people to understand
ClearSiteScore cannot guarantee that ChatGPT or any other AI platform will recommend your business. The audit surfaces the technical, content and trust gaps that may make your website harder for AI systems to access, understand or evaluate.
AI visibility, GEO and the €29 report
There is no submission form and no single setting that forces it. What helps is a technically accessible website that states plainly what you offer, who you help, where you operate and why the information is credible. The audit shows where that foundation is broken on your site.
