Affiliate Programme Terms

1. Programme operator

2. Application and approval

• Applications are submitted via a public form. Partner status arises only upon our express approval.
• Approval may be refused or withdrawn without reason where a partner's activity poses a risk to the brand.
• Your unique referral code and link are available in the partner dashboard.

3. Commission

• For one-off purchases, commission is 20% of the net (VAT-excluded) amount of a successfully completed purchase.
• For subscription plans commission is 20% for the first month, then 10% on each further successfully collected monthly fee while the subscription and the partnership remain active.
• Commission arises only where the purchase can be attributed to your referral code: the referral cookie lasts 30 days and attribution follows the last click.
• Commission is added to your balance as pending once payment is received.

4. Payout

• The payout threshold is 50 EUR of accumulated approved commission.
• Payouts are made monthly using the method and details you provide, against your invoice. Issuing the invoice is your responsibility.
• Commission is a net fee; you are responsible for your own taxes and contributions.
• Commission is reversed (or deducted from the next payout) where the underlying purchase is charged back, refunded, fraudulent or terminated for breach.
• No commission is due on your own purchases or those of affiliated parties.

5. Promotion rules

You may promote ClearSiteScore on your own channels (website, newsletter, social media, video, client communication) within the following limits:

• No spam, unsolicited e-mail, automated messaging or misleading communication.
• No paid search advertising on the brand name or its variants (brand bidding) and no typosquatting domains imitating the official site.
• No false claims: no guarantees of rankings, traffic or revenue, and no exaggeration of the service's capabilities. Do not claim anything beyond the official plan descriptions and FAQ.
• No coupons, cashback or discount promises that we have not announced.
• Disclose the affiliate relationship clearly (e.g. "referral link", "ad") in line with local advertising law and FTC guidance.
• Logos and brand assets may be used unmodified and only to refer to the service; you may not present yourself as the operator or an official representative.

6. Data processing

We process your partner data (name, e-mail, payout details, commission records) to perform the contract and meet accounting obligations; see the Privacy Policy for details. Partners receive no access to the personal data of referred customers, only aggregated statistics.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate the partnership at any time, without reason, with immediate effect.
• On termination, approved pending commission is paid if it reaches the 50 EUR threshold; no further recurring commission arises.
• In case of breach (in particular spam, deception, self-referral, fraud) accumulated commission may be forfeited.

8. Miscellaneous

Partners are independent contractors; the programme creates no employment, joint venture or agency relationship. These terms are governed by Hungarian law, with jurisdiction at the competent Hungarian court at the operator's seat. We may amend these terms and the commission rate unilaterally, notifying partners by e-mail at least 15 days before the change takes effect. The Terms of Service also apply to partners.
